"We loved the apartment- it felt like home away from home. The views of the ocean and surrounding mountains were breathtaking. We really loved the location- it was very quiet, we had access to a small grocery store right down the road, and were close to many of the top spots to visit on Skye. We also loved meeting our hosts Tricia and Neil, who were very kind, helpful, considerate and friendly. We will definitely be back! "

"Just to go go this place is a beautiful expérience like driving to the end ofvthe world, you feel like you're Lost in Patsgonia. It's just magic and beautiful. The house is perfect and you have everything you need. Just walk 2 minutes and you'll get the most magnificient view on the Cuillins"

"This is the perfect cottage to explore Skye. Ideal for a family of four. We slept well, the shower is good and every thought has gone into this self catering accommodation (not one but two hairdryers, sharp kitchen knives, dishwasher tablets, treats!). We arrived with everything we needed food and drink wise (I recommend you do as well as it's a drive to the shops) but also ate locally at the inn which was fine and lively. There's an excellent playpark across the road and a pottery. "

"Ascrib’s View is a gem. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Skye. It’s nice to be away from the bustle of Portree, while still being close to many activities. We enjoyed hiking the Quirang and Fairy Pools, and had an amazing speed boat safari with Isle of Skye Seafari in Portree. The cottage is peaceful and clean, with modern fixtures, a full kitchen and incredible views. Billy and Helen were very easy to communicate with and were very responsive. "Lovely cosy cottage, a ‘home-from-home’ feel. Everything you need for a self-catering stay. "

"Sehr tolles kleines Haus. Würde es jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Hatten zwar kleine Mängel, habe diese aber dem Besitzer direkt mitgeteilt. Es zu finden, war nicht so einfach, man muss schon etwas weiter fahren als das Restaurant und dann kommen links lauter Schilder und da fährt man dann nach oben. Tolle Aussicht mit einer beruhigenden Stille. Kauft davor gut ein, da vor Ort keine Geschäfte sind. Kaffeeaufbereiter, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach , Toaster und co. alles was man benötigt ...
