very friendly staff and great restaurants. Shows each night were entertaining. Front desk was quick to answer any needs and always followed through with a phone call to check that our request had been filled. (ie-burnt out lightbulb, more towels, clogged toilet)

The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
Property is nice. Is quite old but pretty well maintained. Beds were very good. Large tvs are nice. Bathrooms really show their age. Staff are great. Food and drink quality is excellent. Pools are nice. Kids pool is very nice area. Beach is excellent ! Wish it was an all inclusive.
