The whole suite was outstanding. Right from the sitting room, the bedroom suite, having a jacuzzi in thei room for me was the first experience. Then the bathroom with a regular shower, a steam bath,sauna. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and the big plus spoke english. I will definitely recommend thıs hotel to anyone that likes luxury.

Hotel am Hafen. Bedingt durch Erdbeben vor 3 Jahren sind überall und um das Hotel Baustellen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist aber im Zimmer nichts zu hören. Stadt fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr leckeres türkisches Frühstücksbüffet. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Zum Frühstück gab es 2 - 3x keine Porzellanrassen, so dass aus dem Pappbecher getrunken werden musste. Saft zum Frühstück gibt es nicht, sondern Pulver mit Wasser vermischt. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft wurde berechnet.

Otelin temizliği ve kahvaltısı oldukça iyiydi. Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve ilgiliydi, hizmet konusunda memnun kaldık. Ancak olumsuz yönleri de vardı. Odadaki eşyalar oldukça eskimiş, özellikle yatak fazlasıyla çökmüştü; bu kalitede bir yatağı belki ancak 2 yıldızlı bir otelde görürsünüz. Bej koltuğun kumaşı çok kirliydi, kirden yer yer siyahlaşmıştı, otururken kıyafetlerimin kirleneceğinden endişe ettim. Yatak bazası da aynı şekilde kirli ve bakımsızdı, bej kumaşı siyah lekelerle doluydu. Nasıl temizliği iyi yazıyor yorumlarda anlamadım, belki de bize verilen oda ile alakalıdır.

Bütün bina cok fazla sigara kokuyordu . Oda dahil . Klimalarda kapalı koridorlorda. Havalandırma baya kötüydü. Eşyaların durumu cok kötü . Kapı ve dolaplar bile zor acılıyor. Ama cok bakımsız ve kirliydi. Çalışanlar çok tatlılar ama hotel maalesef iyi bir tadilat ve temizliğe girmeli. Ve en önemlisi havalandırma yapılmalı.

Klima yetersiz asla odayı soğutmuyor. Bu sıcakta kesinlikle çekilmiyor. Oda aydınlatması yok denebilir, iki tane loş abajur var ana lamba yok, akşam karanlıkta takılıyorsunuz. Kilitli kasanın pili bitmiş. Odalarda ekipman kontrol bakımları pek yapılmıyor sanırım. Görevlilere bildirdik, kasayı değiştirdiler ama klima için bir çözüm getirmediler. 1 gece kaldık ama bu fiyata asla değmez.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Mir wurde ein sehr schönes Zimmer in der 10. Etage gegeben. Ich war etwas überrascht, dass man die Fenster öffnen kann. Leider konnte ich Schwimmbad und Gym nicht nutzen. Als Grund wurde das Erdbeben vor zwei Jahren angegeben. Tatsächlich gibt es in der Stadt (2025) noch erhebliche Schäden aufgrund des Erdbebens, zB war der Zugang zum Meer nicht möglich.
