"Excellent location in central Bergen with transport, shopping and dining options within a few minutes walk. 10 mins walk to train station, Old Bergen and funicular. 5 mins walk from tram stop which we used to and from the airport. Friendly staff, free hot drinks and water available in reception useful for topping up water bottles etc. Over all a great stay in beautiful Bergen! "

"This is a really lovely hotel. You can see it easily if you arrive on the airport light railway and the location is excellent for exploring Bergen. Check in was a little slow, but the staff were very helpful and the hotel looked amazing decorated for christmas. I paid for an upgrade directly with the hotel and had a great Grande View room over the Christmas Market. We had planned to have a quiet drink in the bar the saturday night, but there seemed to be a private event on and we couldnt find...

"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."

"It is supposed to be a quiet environment. My room was facing a centre court void where downstairs was a restaurant storage. One morn at 5am, was awaken by moving trolley like moving something in out. Other ngt was hearing many happy moments laughter beer time and light music till late ngt. Otherwise, everytg is perfect."
