It was the second time staying at this hotel. The beach was beautiful and the the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a female Taiwanese receptionist who really helped us a lot during our stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we travel to Ishigaki again.
Perfect stay for families. Very calm beautiful beach. A nice pool, a bit cold though. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We got to check in 2 hours early
As a young couple staying at the Ishigaki Seaside Hotel I wouldn't recommend to other young couples. The reception staff were not helpful when we asked them to book a restaurant (we couldn't due to the language barrier), and also weren't able to give us advice about travelling with the incoming typhoon. Earlier in the trip we'd stayed at a home stay and the owner gave us very detailed advice regarding this and whether or not to change our flight. I'd recommend a similar type of stay to other young couples. The bar at the hotel was also three times more expensive than other places on the island. The private beach, pool and room jacuzzi were lovely though,a and I think more appropriate for families.
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. It was well located for easy access all over the island.
The room itself was large and spacious, though the room for the toilet could've been a bit bigger especially for tall people. Room was spotlessly clean. Shower was good. The fact you can get a rope to string up on your balconly to dry towels, swimmers etc was very handy. They also have a laundry with washers & dryers at reasonable rates. Our room looked out to the ocean which was stunning. Unfortunately no chairs on the balcony and you get the full western sun, which was nice for sunsets but hot.
Breakfast had a huge variety of foods, both Japenese, western and other asian flavours. We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. The little convenience store was handy.
Carpark was large and free and the staff hrlpful.
Would recomend staying here if visiting Ishigaki
Lovely simple onsen, beach, and room with great ocean view. Food not so great and have to pay small fee for beach towel. No easy access to food so rental car is a must. Good snorkeling nearby beach
A beautiful place on a gorgeous white sand beach. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the nearest village (kabira) so get your international drivers license and rent a car, or prepare to wait for the bus and take some cabs if you plan to leave.
The hotel occupies a lovely sunset beach, swimmable in both high tide and low tide. Good food, good aircon, comfortable large rooms facing the sea, convenient parking. Diving around is pleasant although no dive centre in the hotel - several dive centres nearby (eurodivers, seajack, viking)

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Second time here. Both in winter. Great views great beach and lots of activities. Big bath was also nice especially after diving in the winter. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate three adults (2 beds and a sofa/bed. Location is out of the way so best if you have car but the bus does stop there from airport. In winter most restaurants in the area are closed so you are forced to eat hotel buffet which can get old. Hit nonetheless a great get away.
The hotel is beautifully located, directly on the beach and is well maintained. I can definitely recommend going there. Everything was clean and staff was always friendly and helpful. The only downside was in my eyes that the pool closed early (6.00 pm).
Amazing Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
We enjoyed the sea and the view from the room (6th floor). The room was very spacious and well equipped with a fridge, a kettle, and a hair dryer.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stayed in one of the Kabira bungalows and really liked it. It was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful location and beach.
The main hotel itself and the common areas are very dated. We never ate at the hotel restaurant (overpriced).
