"It was good "

"We prepaid to stay there last night and we drove over and tried to check in at 11:00. There is no parking at the hotel so you have to valet. The valet was so backed up that people were double parked and just leaving their cars with the keys in it. There must have been at least 10 cars waiting to valet. There was no where to park - we drove around the block a few times hoping to find a place to wait for the valet or a place to park on the street - none of which we found. We ended up just driving back to Houston after the concert and got home after 3:30 this morning. Such a waste - we paid for a room we couldn’t even use because of their parking situation. We got the room so we didn’t have to drive back and risk falling asleep - instead we wasted an hour trying to find parking, wasted the room $$ and still had to drive back to Houston. Very very disappointing and we are NOT happy."

"Maddy was awesome great customer service always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience with her or any of the staff for that matter. I’ve stayed here about 20 to 30 days in the last two months for work and I am never disappointed."

"Love the location. It was close to lots of shops and eateries and airport. Staff took their time at front desk to check in but it was done quickly. Will likely stay here in future."

"Amazing experience!! We noted it was our anniversary and there was champagne on ice with cheesecake when we checked in, we were very pleased. The view was beautiful and the room was spotless, staff were incredibly welcoming. Stephen(Steve?) was so nice at check in! Valet was very efficient and convenient, my truck was too big for the parking garage. The room was very quiet, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We highly recommend, we will stay again!!"
