Comfortable overnight

We had a late night checkin and early departure, but the room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had variety. Staff was nice and parking was secure & close.

Blitzlicht in der Nacht wirklich notwendig?

Alles okay bis auf zwei Dinge: 1) Das Check-in Dauer sehr lange, weil alle Personalien aufgenommen werden mussten, obwohl wir bei Expedia umfassend registriert sind. 2) Im Zimmer leuchtet alle 10 Sekunden ein Blitzlicht auf (Brandmelder?), welches in der Nacht beim Schlafen stört.

Lamentablemente, tuvimos una experiencia desagradable, cuando retornamos al Hotel el sábado a las 02AM tenían cerrados los Accesos, (portón), esperando casi 40 minutos para que nos abrieran , mas de 15 llamados sin contestar y mi sobrina que se sentía mal de salud, ni siquiera un timbre en la portería, desastroso, lo demás ningún problema, Realizo esta sugercia para que puedan tomar en cuenta.

I paid almost $250 a night and expected a property that merited that price. This property merited a price of less than $100 per night. It is not well located, no restaurants close by, etc. I would give it a 3 star rating at best.

Mala experiencia conociendo NH Iquique

El hotel muy antiguo y poca mantención del edificio, las fotos que publican deben ser muy antiguas. Ventanas sucias, cortinas rotas, áreas comunes con mala mantención, pintura descascarada, sucio. Creo que el precio es carisimo para lo que es el hotel. No atienden en terrazas, bar mal surtido, no hay casi nada. Servicio a la habitación muy lento.

buen hotel, pero no otorgan privilegios VIP

tengo categoria VIP y en el establecimiento me tuvieron todos los dias indicando que me harian upgrade que nunca llego, ni tampoco me dieron los descuentos que aparecen en la pagina ni bien llegue me cobraron el IVA, pero el monto de la Fc con IVA incluido es mucho menos de lo que pague en dolres, tomaron un tipo de cambio de 550 cuando el real es de 700, deben mejorar servicio
