However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. "Good located hotel, 5 minute walk from central station (or get bus 175 from airport stops at same place) free breakfast included. Good size room and quiet from road noise outside. Bed comfy, decent sized bathroom. All staff encountered were very helpful when needed. Little supermarket next to hotel too. Easy access to get trams, buses or trains to wherever needed."

"Check in was great, room was nice & and the women at the front desk were very helpful. The morning of checkout I accidentally knocked a lamp off a table and it pulled the cord apart. Not thinking I went to pick it up and got an electric shock when I touched it. I notified the front desk and the male who answered asked if I would like him to send someone up. (why else would I notify you?) Never bothered to ask if I was OK and when I checked out about 30 mins later I asked if I’d spoken to...

"Nice apartment in a central location in a secure building. It's in an area with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "
