"We booked dinner for 5.30pm as we attending a show at 6.30pm. The night before we were contacted to dsy we couldn’t eat them as they had a wedding. We ending up buying food and eating in our pretty small room. When we arrived back from our show at 9.45, we were told the bar was closed so we couldn’t get a drink. Disgusted and very unhelpful"

"The property was cleaned and neat. The staff was wonderful and helpful. I love that they had a taxi button that we could just say could you get us a taxi and they press the button and it’s taken care of. The restaurants breakfasts were good and the bar was nice with plenty of choices."

"We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!"

"The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed."
