The accommodation itself was not bad, but it was not what we expected, or at least not what they advertise. The structure is prefabricated, and it shows. The design, furniture, and room décor are all very standard. "We had a great stay - rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and modern."

"The main property was nice but don’t be deceived. There is an outbuilding where we were placed. It was old, carpets dirty, and just not what I expected for the price we paid. The grounds are nice but this is located in the city in a neighborhood. I felt it was misrepresented. That said, their scones were good."

"This historic building is in the perfect location. The dining area is remodeled and absolutely beautiful. Food is really good. The rooms are very nice as well. Just remember there’s no lifts to rooms as it’s a historic building. The location is so close to rail and bus stations. The staff is super nice and very helpful with any needs you might have. Would highly recommend staying here."

"The property was located about 10 minutes from train station-very convenient. The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping came in daily. The one concern was the hot water which very hot. Possibility of scalding if not careful."

"The location was really central and lovely, Though the bar across the street is a bit noisy at night. It didn't bother us too much but if you're a really light sleeper it might be annoying. Check in was pretty smooth. We had the door code upon check-in but it took about 20 minutes for them to respond with our room code, which was a bit of a pain. We couldn't get into the room till 3:30pm. 30 mins after check in time. All in all we had a very comfortable stay in beautiful Inverness."
