Helen was amazing - she provided tea and coffee in the room, her breakfast was absolutely divine and extremely well organised, and the location was within walking distance to the beach and the main town. A really exceptional option for anyone visiting Inverness, Culloden or the Clava Cairns."

"First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business. Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access. Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff. Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard. Will use the hotel in future when in the area."

"This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...
