"The hotel is very new an decorated beautifully! It's located right off Dupont Circle next to tons of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The room was perfect, with a large bathroom and plenty of space. The front desk team were exceptional. We were a big (fatigued from traveling) group with a lot of special requests over a 5 day stay. Johnnie and Kaejah went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend the Sixty!"

"The room I booked at this hotel was absolutely lovely! The atmosphere was so nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room spotless. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was fantastic. I also had a wonderful night’s sleep on the comfy king bed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway. "Clean room , friendly and helpful staff unfortunately rooms are overbooked, restaurant is overbooked , rooms not available on time . Several Abandoned food trays outside rooms in hallways for hours creating a nauseous smell "

"Had a problem with our room the first night which was quickly rectified and the rest of our stay was excellent. The breakfast and eating area was fantastic. Location was great for walking and easy access to downtown museums and memorials. "

"This place was difficult to find. We had some issues while staying there. The white blanket had old blood on it, we were on second floor and the trash room was making awful noise all night on our first night there, and the microwave didn't work. Other than that this place was a nice and secure place to stay, close to metro and staff were courteous. "
