"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended! Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll need a car or taxi to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"A little hard to find at first, but a great place to stay. I had to find a hotel on short notice as the one I reserved turned out to be 50 miles away from Sofia. Friendly staff that always found room for me to park my rental car. Reasonably priced breakfast with a bar. I’lol stay there again next time I visit."
