"Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. "It was so cute and sweet I really liked it and the breakfast was very good very good my husband liked his breakfast we were actually there twice we were there one day and then we went to skagway and kept her suitcases at the other Best Western and then when you went back for a couple days later and this place is so so nice it is really very very nice I like it a lot it's like a baby breakfast it's very sweet and cute I like that a lot"
