"We stayed here as the first night of our holiday to the highlands. After a long day on the road we were greeted by Steve and shown to our room on the top floor. We had nice view of the garden, where we could see both bird and rabbit. If you're lucky you might see some local deer. The room was spacious, well lit, and had a very bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was outstanding. We had the scrambled eggs and salmon on sourdough toast. Overall we highly recommend a stay at Dalrachney. Great...

"The little cottages are very well thought out; just like a caravan, you really have everything you need. It's like camping, except everything is there and you only need a sleeping bag and towels (although you can get them from the owner for a small extra charge). What we liked best was the large tripod grill that each cottage has. For 5 pounds you can take firewood from a box and grill anything you've bought at the supermarket.
