It was okay

Lovely newly refurbished bathroom. Typical Alpine hotel style bedroom. Limited hot breakfast selection. Carpark was full, and so was the overflow carpark, so we were directed to what appeared to be a building site 5 minutes away, which had no light or visibility from the road. It didn’t feel safe so we decided to park in a meter space on the road instead. Literature stated restaurant hours as 6pm-9pm for dinner, but we were turned away at 8.30pm (“We are closed”), and rather rudely at that. If you are travelling with your dog there is a separate dining area for you.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers und des Pools nicht gut. Safe im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Balkon schön, jedoch keine Abtrennung, man fühlte sich beobachtet. Keine Umkleidekabinen im Poolbereich. Our stay at the Bon Alpina was perfect. The staff members are so helpful, friendly, and work to get everything just right. The property is clean and comfortable. A grocery store and restaurants are an easy walk away. The parking is a little cramped, but there is second lot available around the corner. The only thing that was wrong was with my reservation through Expedia. Apparently Bon Alpina has not worked with Expedia for a couple years. I purchased and paid the entire room fee through Expedia as a bundle with my airfare. When I tried to check out, it took them quite awhile to confirm that I had paid ahead. I don't blame this on the hotel at all! Expedia apparently sold me the room through a third party booking agency. Bottom line, this is a wonderful hotel, but make your reservation directly through Bon Alpina. They'll take wonderful care of you.

Modern, 24hr, perfect Tesla destination

Wonderful hotel, great location to the city or Stubaital, with buses running every 10 minutes in the day, while still being a very peaceful place. Free parking and 3 Tesla destination chargers, though when full, easy for regular cars to block the chargers. Wifi didn't work for our entire stay, but we made do. Coverage was good, but the system wouldn't ever prompt for a code. For the measely 1€ per 8 hours they want, it can't really be worth the hassle for thr front desk to give that out, just make it free and work normally, folks. Great modern room and bathroom/shower, lovely view. Huge restaurant, and great pool. And 24 hour front desk all at a very reasonable rate for the area made it perfect, except the wifi ;)

Für Business nicht geeignet!

Zimmer soweit ok, WLAN schlecht ( dafür wollen die auch noch Geld! Zwar nur ein "Obulus" aber hier geht es ums Prinzip!) Ausrede "wir sind kein Business-Hotel" zählt nicht.Wenn ich hier beim Buchungsportal WLAN anklicke, dann sollte es auch gut funktionieren. Das gleiche gilt für den Parkplatz, dieser ist so klein, dass er gar nicht angeboten werden sollte. Dazu kommt, dass es in diesem Kaff keine Parkmöglichkeit gibt!

Schönes Hotel

der Empfang und der Kellner an der Bar dürften freundlicher sein. Ansonsten ist das Bon Alpina ganz OK. Essen ist sehr gut und Bedienung sehr nett und Aufmerksam. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber.
