Decent value for money given other hotels within walking distance to the station. Bed was not a queen - so if you are travelling as a couple double check. Check in was easy and there are some cafes and restaurants around to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Service

We had great stay. The room was very clean and had a balcony. It's well located and near public transport. It's not too far from main station. Staff are very nice and welcoming. We would definitely comeback again.

Good hotel with nice staff

This hotel was very nice. It's a bit of a walk from the centre, but served our needs perfectly. It was warm and clean, and had a good bathroom. We were able to get a taxi to the airport in the early hours. The only possible reservation is that the bed is quite small for two adults, but we managed fine.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room had a balcony which came in handy during the hot weather. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and functional. Though the hotel is within walking distance of the old town, we made frequent use of the Welcome card which enabled us to use public transport free of charge. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again.

A nice relaxing stay in Innsbruck

We had a very nice stay at Binders in Innsbruck. Our room had a balcony, which was nice to be able to enjoy the sunny weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was also nice that we got the Innsbruck Welcome Cards to use public transport and get some discounts, for instance for the Nordkettenbahn. It's about 1.5 km from the city centre, but with free public transport that's not a problem. If we would come to Innsbruck again, this is where we would stay.

We spent two nights in the small Steinadler-Zimmer. The room was clean and as described on the page. No problems with Check-In and Check-out. We did not have breakfast. The location is a bit outside of the center, but that was no problem. Everything is easily reachable by bus/tram within 15-20 minutes or in a 30-40 minute walking distance.

Innsbruck Christmas market mini break

The room was comfortable and warm with a king size single. The room was spacious for my solo stay. The only downside to my room was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the sink in the bathroom was a little low down... but these are minor issues. The staff were welcoming although i didn't need or have too much interaction with them. The breakfast was a nice selection although the beans were too watery and the bacon pretty flavourless, I genuinely find outside of the UK bacon is pretty poor but other than that, there was a nice sekection of fruit, yoghurts, cereals, breads and meats/cheeses. I had a nice view of the Alps from my room which wss wonderful to see each morning. There is a TV in the room and there is a QR code for you to link your device(s) to so you can watch your Amazon/Netflix or other. Overall thisc was a great hotel if a little out the way but very clean, tidy and comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I return to Innsbruck.

Very nice hotel

The staff was friendly, the room clean and comfortable. I also liked the wilderness theme of this hotel. Aircon would have been nice, but even on summer nights the room temperature was okay.

Stayed at Binders Budget hotel for 3 nights and overall was terrible experience. The air conditioning was poorly functioning. The staff was not responsive at all and kept making false claims that it is functioning . On request to provide alternate fan or room , we received no response or empathy. Poor condition and customer service. Avoid at all costs.
Had to go and buy 20 euro fan as the AC below on 32 deg was non functional
