"Rather a waste of time booking in online as requested by email prior to stay as all info had to be completed on physical book in anyway. Very small room - should really be just a single bed. Very nice decor. Armchair should be swapped out for an upright dining chair to create a little more space. "Newly tastfully decorated, staff friendly and attentive. Standard of food was on a par with pub grub, so not for foodies, also the dining room windows needed a wipe down due to dead insects. Wardrobe in room almost useless for hanging clothes full of other items . Better provision for hanging your cloths is needed, the wardrobe was small and was used to store a fridge, safe, hairdryer and ironing board. In short a potentially very nice hotel let down by attention to details."

"My stay was a fairy-tale moment. Our rooms were at the very top of this castle BnB. Beautiful building lovely grounds with a garden and walking trail. Clean ,comfortable and inviting. The manager showed us around upon arrival. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was beautiful. Loved our too short stay."

"Lovely accommodation in a picturesque village in the Scottish Borders. Quiet, comfortable, excellent food and personal service. Nothing was too much trouble.
