"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"This was a lovely hotel, very clean with lots of little extras such as iron, hair dryer, safe etc very comfortable, staff were very helpful and the food and drink was lovely, the staff supporting for breakfast work very hard and were very kind and went the extra mile. Would stay again."

"A very convenient and comfortable hotel for the NEC, within walking distance via the airport monorail and covered walkway. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times of the day. Plenty of choice at breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent with a relaxing vibe. Great views of the planes taking off, but surprised to find the rooms were not noisy. Would stay here again if visiting the NEC."
