"Bedding was dirty and smelled disgusting. The pools are dirty and not maintained or cleaned properly. Don't let the pictures convince you, they are all fake and deceiving. The property management are nice but they look sketchy and they have no idea how to run a business. The place is run down and old. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me!"

"The property was surprisingly big with beautiful maintained grounds. There’s an outdoor pool with two jacuzzis both indoor and outdoor and with plenty of recliners for guests. There’s ample parking including several for handicapped.
The room was big and nondescript which overlooks onto the pool area. Bathroom is decent with step in shower and sleep was quiet and comfortable on a nice and fluffy bedding. There’s a lobby and patios aptly decorated like summer breeze with bright and colorful...

"The room I am in smells like urine super strong. The room is clean but it is a pet friendly hotel which I have nothing against but the have carpets which they do not clean. I asked to be moved to another room and the other room was exactly the same… strong urine order. They need to get rid of the carpets or clean the carpets. There is no way they do not notice the smell when it’s so strong!"

"I stayed here for a girls weekend over Mother's Day. My room's bathroom doors didn't close so had to call in Maintenance to fix it. No signage on the property to help you get around so that made it difficult to find your way if you're only there a few days. Room service food arrived barely warm and was mediocre, meat was overcooked, shrimp in the ceviche was sliced in half so you got fewer shrimp but made to look abundant; lots of lemonade flavors but the ones we tried were so sour we couldn't...
