"Breakfast skimpy staff inefficient "

"The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. It looks very old and needs remodeled. The door to the pool is rusty on the bottom. The hot tub is stained and water is very cloudy. The floor is blue but is peeling everywhere. The guests prior to us left towels and trash all over the floor by the pool. The pool water did not look clean. The pictures posted on Expedia were not accurate. "

From the outside it looks like some I’ve stayed in that were pretty gross and I was scared but when I opened the door and smelled and saw how clean it was I was happy! Nice white bedding and towels and updated quartz counters and a big tv. Great value in Indianapolis! I’d stay again "

"Nicely renovated rooms. I really liked having a counter and bar stool seating. Had a nice sofa for seating also. Staff was friendly & the free breakfast was actually really good. We enjoyed our stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again. "

"Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. "The property is welcome to pets, except there is trash all over and pretty big holes in the grass areas. Found room and hotel mostly clean, but in need of repairs and smelly. Staff was helpful. "

"We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "

"This is a good hotel to stay and park during your vacation. The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Kids love the pool and hot tub. Close to airport. Shuttle available except limited hours in the early morning. "
