"They have a tiny mini cooler in the room instead of a mini fridge and charged $25 for a microwave per night. They ran out of microwaves during my stay and did not have any microwaves available in the entire property. I had to throw away most of my food. "

"I love the boutique hotel experience at the Parker so much. Its lively, elegant and very Palm Springs. The service staff from valets to housekeeping to bartenders and servers are beyond expectations. Everytime.
The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch.
You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and...

"The staff was friendly, but something felt off about the overall experience. I only saw them at check-in and check-out, and they were otherwise unavailable. The photos listed online are misleading and make the rooms appear much nicer than they actually are.
The room I stayed in had several issues, including roaches, cracks throughout the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. The “private pool” was more like a dirty pond and clearly not maintained. The TV was oversized and awkwardly...

"The property and pools are consistently clean and beautiful. We had the best time relaxing here for two days! The landscaping makes you feel like you’re in an oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. It’s very easy to drive down to Palm Springs for nightlife/nice dinner. We appreciated the quality of the free breakfast, especially the mixed fruit. I got a cranial massage which was worth every penny, and the provider gave me great tips to help my chronic jaw/neck pain for daily self-care...
