"We were told we had a dune view,room wasct actually not on the resort property,,overlooking Rte 6 Very noisy.. THE ROOM WAS OK,SPACIOUS, MODERN. The deck was between 2 rooms and had people smoking cigarettes and weed, On.either side.It was quite a distance from the water. We definitely would have preferred a different room."

He even offered to drop off post cards for us because we had to rush to the airport the day we were leaving and didn’t have time to stop by the airport. "Great place, fun vibe. Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. Everything was terrific. They even had umbrellas available!"

"Every light and appliance was unplugged when I arrived. At first I thought it was just the bedside lamps that were unplugged, but I opened the fridge and tried to turn on the TV. Those were unplugged too. I initially couldn’t find the outlet. I went to the front desk and the staff member came back to the room with me and he couldn’t find the outlet either. They said they would call maintenance. There was also no TV remote, which I told them about. They told me they would call me when maintenance...

"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."
