"Very convenient for our visits to WALDORF ESTATE OF FEAR. We drive from MA to come to the attraction and wee usually stay here at this hotel. Convenient and staff are awesome."

"Nice place for an overnight or 2. My big complaint is that our room smelled terribly of cigarettes and there were no other rooms available. The smell dissipated after a day but it was very bad to start. I will definitely stay here again but will make sure Its a nonsmoking room."

"We stayed in Willowbrook one bedroom. Apparently Wyndham took over Willowbrook, but there were very little improvements made. We asked for a room on higher floor and were given a room on first floor, closest to lobby… there were like 6 cars in the lot first night, so rooms were available. We also paid for king bed and we were given 2 queen beds. There were bugs in the room coming in from patio door. We reported the bugs and they offered to have someone “clean it up”… they did nothing. "It is a magical and unique place, of course this is not for everyone, it is a place that transports you to 60 and I loved that, I would appreciate a little more maintenance but that does not steal the magic and speaking of magic when we arrived at 10 pm we were a little scared around, but when we entered everything changed and we spent two incredible nights we enjoyed nature and the natural air, the birds and all that the lake super delicious, anyway I liked it"

"We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend."

"Amazing place and nice atmosphere"

"Outside property and surrounding area was beautiful. Cottages look great from the outside however the one I stayed in needs an upgrade!(#50) The bedroom was fine(except for paint peeling on the ceiling) and the blinds and balance were outdated and fridge was noisy. The bathroom needs a serious upgrade! Toilet too low, mirror over sink to high, and tub didn’t drain. After two showers there was over a foot of standing water. Doors were not the most secure. I would have liked to have known...

"The hotel was great. The staff are helpful and their housekeeping team are great. I also utilized the gym, although the gym is small , but I was still able to utilize their equipment. The breakfast was also delicious. They have varieties for both adults and the kids. I will definitely return whenever I am in the area."

"This was one of the nicest "budget" hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh. The location was perfect, right off I-80. We only stayed one night on our way to New Hampshire, but we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend."
