"Giving this property an over all 3 because the staff was very nice and the view was spectacular. We had to book this last minute because our original accommodations were cancelled by the host last minute for no reason. The hotel is very run down and old. It has a lot of potential but the owner doesn’t seem to care about updating or maintaining the property. "

"Very clean and enjoyed the stay. Needs a microwave in the room but thats my only complaint. Beach was not too busy in this area either."

"I booked a room at an oceanfront property with 3 pools. What we were given was a property several blocks away and not located on the water and without a pool. We had to drag our luggage up rickety wood stairs. We are in our 70's and this was a struggle. It was not what was described. It was a bait and switch."

"We stayed at this hotel over the weekend while attending rockville 2026. There was plenty of parking, rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were so nice and helpful."

"From the moment you walk in the staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. After a nightmare stay at another local hotel I had to book this stay emergently and they made everything smooth and we’re able to allow me to check in early. The amenities at the resort while a little outdated are perfect. There is a game room a tiki bar. You can sit with friends and family at a hot tub and a pool and direct beach access. What else could you ask for? Well a room with pretty comfortable beds plenty of fresh towels, a kitchenette, full-size fridge and microwave. I wasn’t expecting that, but it was very welcomed. "
