"Hotel was clean and friendly. There was remodeling going on in the conventiona area keeping some of the restrooms off limits which was a problem for the conference attendees I was with. Also, staff only offered one buffet coupon per room, regardless of how many people were staying in it."

They switched us to a king room, and while the water was better, it was still not super hot and took forever to warm up. We asked about any compensation because what we booked is not what we stayed in, but the manager wasn't in until Monday (we checked in on Sat.) Absolutely loved the hotel, but they need to fix their hot water issues."
