Everyone was courteous. Comfortable bed. The built in bedside lights didn't work and the desk lamp bulb was flashing and unusable, even after trying to readjust it. Neither the USB chargers nor the outlets were tight enough to allow for charging, but the bathroom outlet worked for charging.
