"First of all the toxic cleaning product smell from the second you walk thru the doors hits you like a wave. It was so intense you could taste it and the smell was something akin to cat litter and chemicals. All of our clothes reek of this, and it made me physically ill. The shower curtain had mold all over it and what looked like a blood spot.
