Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. While it does have AC, it is centrally controlled and managed so you can adjust the fans but not...

"We had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note is that there isn’t a 24/7 reception. After the evening (around 8 p.m.), you enter the building using an access code. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something future guests should be...

"Plenty of room and very clean. Great location- but still quiet and plenty of restaurants within walking distances and little stores. Our apartment room was the best (#5) because it had a balcony we enjoyed! Also, very handy, was the washer/dryer in basement and well organized for ease of use."

"Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. As a silver member, it said you’d get a complimentary drink. It was two bottles of water. My experience from other establishments has always been a bottle of wine or a welcome drink from their bar. They should upgrade from water."
