I reread the instructions and the next paragraph (which I had not read) said to ignore the above instructions and go to the front desk. "Accommodations were minimal but all i needed. If a property is noted as an efficiency it should have a sink n cooktop, not a shared area with neither. There was a charge discrepancy with Red Awning THAT WAS PROMISED AND NEVER REFUNDED. I won't deal with them again.
