"Dont book, its been closed for 2 years yet hotels.com are still advertising it. I travelled all the way from marrakesh to find this out and for all my trouble and money i had to pay to sort myself out, hotels.com have so far offered me a £25 gift card, when you would at least expect a full refund, minimum! I also had trouble with my hotel in marrakesh and last minute.com fully refunded me pretty much instantly and had the offer of claiming compensation. I cant believe they are still advertising...

Also the comfort and exceptional service of the staff made this place so far our favorite on our 19 days Morocco trip. "Breakfast and Full Board was okay - but gets very busy there was times when we couldn’t find seats or plates - but the staff helped. It’s helps having a McDonalds opposite the hotel - kids opted for that some nights. The kids club and entertainment staff was really nice - both my kids loved spending time with “Nana” The food at the pool was nice and there is a Shisha Lounge which is within the hotel which was really nice. The gym was decent managed to have x3 sessions at a cost of 100dhm We got Khadija as our housekeeper and she was really friendly helped out. "
