"The apartment was hot and air did not seem to work. Smelled extremely musty with mold noted on the cooling unit. Huge cockroach in apartment. Reception open very limited hours but after hour and before hour self check in/out worked well. Did not check out other amenities. "

"If you have small children then this is a great resort. We didn’t go swimming as there were always so many children in the pool and spa. The buffet breakfast was great. I didn’t personally like the other food options that much. Lacked taste and appeared to be mass cooked. Check-in process was easy but getting the suit cases up two lots of stairs was hard as there isn’t a lift and no offer from staff the help us.
