"i really enjoyed my stay here, the breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious, staff was constantly replenishing the food, the room was clean and comfy as heck, plenty of pillows !!! i ran out of TP but that’s my only complaint! lol it was amazing and the hot tub was nice and clean!! staff was so friendly and helpful too. it was great to be able to buy a bottle of wine downstairs and bring it up to our room!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"When we got there and checked into our villa upon inspecting the villa, we found the beds where I made there was dishes in the sink, and the trash was overflowing and all the trash cans. I called the desk and they put us in the new villa. the dryer doesn’t work in this new villa. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect and when it did, it went in and out of service wouldn’t bring new towels in for us because we were in a villa and we have a washer and dryer while the dryer doesn’t work so what were we supposed to do? Also, there was a big crack in the kitchen floor. I took a picture of because I wanted to show them that it was pre-existing."

"Breakfast very good started closing up just after 9:30, why??? Had a fire alarm go off around 10 PM. Luckly a false alarm. But much confusion on what was going on. We exited the building. Fire dept arrived. No one from the staff available to tell us what was going on. Alarms stayed on until 1:30 AM. I had to approach the front desk to find out what was going on. I never saw any staff except for 2 people behind the desk. They said they had to call for help to shut the alarm off. "

"Breakfast was sugar, not real food. Restaurants within walking distance. No coffee in room. Toilet & shower in tiny room. Tv remote didn’t work at first, phone not plugged in & was on floor. People above either were renovating the room or rearranging the furniture all night til after 3:00 am. Staff was nice. Will not stay here again."

"Honestly, this hotel was just OK. The room’s really smelled of bleach which I guess that’s good because the rooms were clean, but it honestly smelled the entire time and it was so strong. The elevator was so slow that we didn’t use it the entire time we were there. The other guests that we had that weekend weren’t that great. There was a soccer team staying that were loud and rowdy till 2 AM despite complaining. That is not the hotel’s fault, but the walls are very thin. Breakfast was just OK. They had make your own waffles, cereal, and muffins. This hotel is what you pay for. Cheap. I did feel safe staying here which is a plus. "

"Because this is attached to a Casino, the first thing you smell when walking in is smoke. At least the rooms are away from the Casino but you will smell it all the way to the elevators. The rooms were nothing special but the bathroom was not cleaned. There was pee stains all around the bottom of the toilet. Gross"

"Great hotel, very clean, the tv was customized with my name which was a sweet little touch. Just wish they had better parking. "
