It does state at the front desk on a notice that if you are in a family room that daily cleaning services will not be available. We were not in a family room. We asked for cleaning services when we arrived back after a long day. Nothing happened. The second day, we requested it and nothing happened. "We loved it here. Perfect location. It was an updated bathroom attached to our room. Breakfast was everything you want. Confusing a bit on checking in but otherwise great. I did think I was getting a view of the temple but I got the wall of the next building which was disappointing."
