"Super leuk, modern & mooi hotel. Ik heb vooraf al contact gehad om mijn vervoer te regelen, zodat ik werd opgehaald op de airport. Vooraf wisten ze dus ookal wie ik was. Aangekomen bij het hotel kreeg ik een heerlijke shot, die perfect was na mijne lange trip! Ik was meteen wakker. Eigenlijk moest ik 6 uur wachten om in te checken, maar gelukkig hadden ze een andere kamer vrij en heb ik een upgrade met pool-view gedaan waar ik meteen in mijn kamer kon! "The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. "The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."

"Everything about Resort Rio is attractive. Highlights were the huge swimming pool (which unfortunately we couldn't use due to Covid, however we did click loads of pictures around the entire property), the staff, the food and ambiance.
