"Bom hotel"

"This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits."

"Estadia muito boa , limpeza impecavel , cafe da manha razoavel , acho que faltava alguma diversidade de paes e bolos , mas no geral estava bom , equipe muito solicita . Acrescentaria uma opcao de travesseiro , pois no quarto tinha 4 porem todos muito altos , eu deixaria 2 baixos e 2 altos para hospedes escolherem ."

"The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."

"Tudo péssimo! Viajamos 600km e quando Chegamos no hotel com reserva confirmada, fomos mal recebidos pela atendente dizendo que o hotel não tinha convênio com a Hotéis.com e não tinha vagas. Tivemos que voltar 80km para achar um hotel disponível, pois a demanda estava altíssima devido a grandes eventos e o vestibular, fazendo ficarmos sem hotel. NUNCA MAIS USO ESSE SITE E NEM HOSPEDO NO HOTEL "
