"This is a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, room was big and bed very comfortable, AC in our room was excellent. Hotel has a good gym and the parking garage was easy to navigate. I will definitely be staying here again on future visits."

Cobertores estavam com cheiro de roupa suja. Pra ser 3 estrelas precisa melhorar muito. Péssima experiência. Voltarei a Palmas, mas com certeza prefiro ficar num hostel do que nesse hotel. A única coisa 3 estrelas é o preço alto que cobram"

"The staff was very nice and they were courteous. But there was no elevator in this hotel. The breakfast was good. They had construction going on on the first floor. I had to walk up three flights of stairs with my heavy luggage because they had no elevator. And they had no cable access only local channels no access to YouTube Netflix or prime video. My overall rating for Lago Palmas’s a four out of 10."
