"Klein aber fein Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer (wir hatten 2220, mit Küche und Jacuzzi) sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett ist mega aber das Schlafsofa ist sehr unbequem. Jacuzzi auf der Terasse ist DAS Hightlight! Spabereich ist sehr angenehm. Roof-pool ist sehr klein… Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Alles ist frisch und lecker. Das Hotel fanden wir als Familie sehr gut und können wir wärmst weiterempfehlen Danke "

"Bonjour, Aucun membre de l'équipe ne maîtrise le français. Toutefois, il serait plus judicieux de mettre à jour vos photos, car cela commence à dater, à mon avis. L'accueil diffère complètement de celui présenté sur la photo. En ce qui concerne la chambre, les murs ont été repeints, mais de manière bâclée, car il y a beaucoup de débordements. Le wi-fi fait défaut, car il est impossible de se brancher. L'espace pour l'entrée de la douche est vraiment limité. Je me suis ébouillantée 2 ou 3...

"My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Malta! The hotel location was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was construction next door but we left early every morning so it didn’t affect us. I would recommend this hotel and stay again! "

"The staff was very friendly and informative. I loved the view from my room. The day before leaving I informed the receptionist that I would be dropping key off early in the morning and she let me know they would have a box of food ready for me on my way out. I would definitely come back. Also perfect location since it is next to the ferries. Blue Lagoon boat ride is a must. Breakfast at hotel was perfect. "

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, principalmente grazie al personale estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. La colazione, sebbene prevalentemente salata, era deliziosa ogni mattina. Un vero punto di forza è la piscina all'ultimo piano: un'oasi di relax con una vista mozzafiato sulla baia, perfetta per godersi il panorama nonostante i lavori in corso a Bugibba. "Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."

"The fortina was just the best, the staff on arrival were the best, informative, polite, courteous and couldn't do enough, the room was fabulous with an amazing view across the harbour to Valletta, the food was amazing, if I was to have any negative points it would be for the hotel not to advertise that it has an out door pool....it doesn't, it has a very small share in an out door pool, that you have to book a slot at the day before.
