"Amazing don't actually capture how wonderfully this place is. My room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you will find on a luxurious hotel in a big city. The lodge is perched on a hillside overlooking a huge and gorgeous valley. I can lounge on my patio seats all day looking at the valley. "We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable Serengeti experience with an exceptional team Our stay at the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip to Tanzania. The setting is breathtaking — being in the middle of the Serengeti and watching elephants and other wildlife visit the waterhole right from the lodge is something we will never forget. As beautiful as the property is, the people are what made our experience truly special. A special mention to Glory at the front desk, who was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely cared for and at home. Our heartfelt appreciation to Chef Venu, who made our dining experience extraordinary. As vegetarians, food while traveling can sometimes be a challenge, but Chef Venu went above and beyond for us. The meals he prepared were fantastic, and on several occasions they genuinely reminded us of food from home. After days of traveling, that feeling of sitting down to a wonderful meal that brought back memories of home was incredibly special. Thank you, Chef Venu, for taking such personal care of our family. And a huge thank you to our safari guide, Sam. His patience, knowledge and enthusiasm made our game drives unforgettable. We were traveling with our 6-year-old, and Sam was wonderful with our family throughout. Most importantly, he helped give us an absolutely incredible Great Migration experience — something we had dreamed of"

"Mussa and his team are fabulous. I went with my two sons in July 2026. The location of Pumba Luxury Camp is amazing. You feel the thrill of sleeping in the middle of the bush, surrounded by tall grass and wondering what animals could be hiding there. But the staff is constantly patrolling the area. No need to worry. They always escort you from your tent the lobby and dining area, and back again. Very attentive people. And kind. They taught Swahili words to my sons :) great human capital in Pumba camp. The tents are super comfortable. You can decide whether to bring down the tent sides or keep them up. I kept them up to look at the bush when sleeping. It felt magical. I heard the sound of hyenas in the middle of the night, distant though. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers. I liked it a lot."
