"The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. "My family and I really liked staying here. It’s a short walk from the station and right across a convenience store. We weren’t sure how to get back in the hotel to retrieve our bags after we’ve checked out but the same hotel across the street had a front desk person and assisted us. Highly recommend to stay in this area if you want to stay somewhere quieter than namba."

The toilet and bathroom doors kind of opened into each other but that’s a very small inconvenience. The hotel was in a great location close to local attractions as well as convenient stores and the subway."
