La atención del personal es esmerada y muy amable. El restaurante ofrece comida exquisita; el desayuno buffet del domingo es excelente y las pastas para la cena son deliciosas. Quedamos encantados con la experiencia."

"My first night I had a room for two people with one bed which was a very small room. After that I moved to a room with two beds which was very nice. I would not recommend a Friday or Saturday night stay unless you want to party late into the night as the location is very noisy. However, the weekdays are silent and I would definitely recommend the hotel. The linens were very nice and the terrace bar has a spectacular view of the catedral. The pool in January was too cold for me, but the deck has good chairs for taking sun. I think this hotel is the best in Taxco for location and quality."

"Even though is not luxury hotel it has many riches. The view is stunning and the terrace will leave you speechless. So close to the downtown area a small walk to city center. My third stay here!!! And it won’t be my last "

"Todos fueron amables. En el testaurante, la Sra. de limpieza de cuartos, el muchacho q me ayudo a subir el equipaje. El problema es tanta escalera para ir a cuartos de niveles bajos. Una de las muchachas de la oficina de admicion, olvido q llame al hotel un dia antes, mas sin embargo, me busco habitacion y todo fue bien. Gracias a todos los empleados por hacer nuestra estancia comoda."
