"The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. "The room was clean, bed was super comfy and staff was friendly. They offered tea, coffee and water downstairs. They helped us book a tour around the Ponto Delgado last minute! Super convenient location downtown near shopping, restaurants and pier. Breakfast had a cute set up, numbering your tables and changing them daily so you sit in different spots. They had homemade yogurts that amazing! And great selection of foods. And the music set a wonderful tone for breakfast. Will be returning to this...

"Nice hotel just off of the main road. Located across from where boats dock and cruise ships come into harbor. About a 15 minute walk to the town center. Convenient if you are seeing the island by a car. Self parking available and very convenient. Great breakfast. Go early for a window seat. Great bar on the 7th floor with views of the ocean. I skipped the spa as there is a capacity limit and they suggest you make a reservation. Hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. Room was nice. Comfy bed....

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße...

"The property was well maintained and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the koi ponds and gardens was lovely. The food at the restaurant and bar was very good and diverse. The on site parking made traveling easy and its location in city center made exploration of Ponta Delgada a breeze."

"This is a very nice but basic hotel. Spotlessly clean. Cleaning and breakfast staff are excellent. The lady at the front desk(Maria?) seemed bothered when we asked for something. Everything seemed like an imposition on her. Otherwise, everyone else was fantastic. Good breakfast included and plenty of free parking. Easy 10 min walk to the centre of town and most sights. Rooms are a good size but the bathrooms were small and needed more hooks to hang towels. Overall, a great stay."

"This boutique hotel was our home for a week while we explored the island and it worked. Very centrally located in the tiny streets the parking is a 5 minute walk away. The room had zero shelving to put anything is my biggest complaint. But it was clean and they have a central fridge and microwave you can use. All in all would stay again."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways."
