"Modern, newer, central hotel in a pedestrian only street. So be aware you will have to walk a short distance with your luggage. We parked in a small public lot a 5 minute walk up a hill (parking is free on weekends). Beds are comfortable. I booked a standard room which is not that big but fine for a short stay. Stayed one night at the beginning of our trip to Sao Miguel and then 2 nights at the end. Had a terrace the first time and no terrace the second time. Preferred having the terrace room...

"My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Excellent location in the heart of Ponta Delgado, walking distance to all the great restaurants. They handled our car rental for us, making it super easy (and getting us a great deal!). They have indoor parking available but it’s limited so request a spot early! "Highly recommend staying at this property. The staff is extremely hospitable. They ensure you are well taken care of, from recommending places to visit to booking tours. The breakfasts are delicious - fresh items at the buffet with the option of choosing a freshly prepared item from the menu. Location is also great - it is around a 5 minute walk to the city centre."

Just be aware if guests have mobility issues there is no elevator and the floors where rooms are - are reached with a lot of stairs. But staff will assist with luggage handling. Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to restaurants and quick walk to main square. Would stay here again. "

"I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre."
