I explained that I lived in another state and the other guests lived in another country so a future stay would never be used. They said sorry they would not offer anything more. Add insult to injury Expedia insurance said they would only offer $300 for future travel. BW 2024 annual revenue was $1B and Expedia's was almost $15B...thanks for the $300 in store credit, I'll take it up with Discover. You both should get into another industry because hospitality is not your forte."

"The room sleeps 4, we had 4 on our reservation, but there was only 3 towels. I had to do a towel swap to get another clean towel. Why wasn't there 4 towels? The bath towels were very small, thin and had a musty smell. The windows did not have black out curtains and there are outdoor lights on all night. This made the room too light to sleep well. The AC worked but was pretty loud. No hooks to hang towels or swimming suits."
