"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was brand new…so everything was new and clean. I noticed a few things that weren’t finished (in the section that’s open), and some construction debris (but I’m in construction, so the average person probably wouldn’t notice). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area and water slides were enjoyed greatly by my whole family. The breakfast was great as well."

"The room was clean and layout made sense. Staff were welcoming and kind. I appreciated the breakfast, which was well stocked and very good for continental style and included a make your own waffle and oatmeal bar. The pool/hot tub was open 24/7 which was perfect, considering we arrived after 8 hours of driving at midnight. A quick soak in the hot tub was exactly what we needed. Overall great stay, I’d recommend the hotel 10/10."

"We had the issues with the air and toilet but the staff fixed them quickly or tried to accommodate us as best they could. Every room was booked so they did what they could."

"Breakfast: Great hot breakfast with very nice and recently remodeled dining area and food buffet room. Room: Clean with plenty of towels. Only clean room on 4th day if staying 3 days or longer. Had a few things to report to staff: 2nd deadbolt (do not disturb flag) not working and bathroom exhaust fan not working... Parking: In center court of facility so somewhat protected from any severe weather and more secure. Staff: mixed feedback on staff. All housekeeping were great. Some front counter...

"The fire alarm went off for several minutes...very loud and jarring experience. The owner was clueless and then the fire department showed up. Fiasco! The idea that this is a lodge is laughable...she put up some western adjacent fixtures and called it Western themed. The yogurt was good but the machine was malfunctioning and squirted all over the inside of the machine and I had to get the nice morning worker girl to help me several times... I didn't want to bug her but the stuff is kind of...

"Rooms were somewhat clean I would tell housekeeping to clean mirrors not just the bathroom mirror and to check the bathroom side of the bathroom doors cause ours looked like it had puke or milk or something splattered all over it so detailed cleaning would help"
