"4 estrellas se quedan muy grandes para este hotel, de 6 ascensores solo funcionaban dos y uno de ellos era del servicio (depende del día este era el único en funcionamiento). "The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"We stayed at the Gran Melia Palacio Isora in August 2026 (2 adults & 15 year old). The hotel is one of the most beautiful properties we’ve ever stayed in with the pool area a particular highlight. "Super Ausblick. Tolle Lage. Meeresrauschen zum aufwachen… Toll. In den Zimmern war es ruhig und die Pools waren toll. Einzig die Bedienungen beim Essen waren nicht so auf Zack.
