"The hotel’s location was great (could use better signage- it’s across the street from the gelato shop). The staff was very helpful with any request. It’s less than a six minute walk to bus stop #6 where there is pick up and drop off for tours. The room was comfortable and clean. TV has English channels. If you use a wash cloth (I do), bring your own (I did). The breakfast was okay. There is selection of foods, but nothing hot. "

"This was my second time staying here, and I’m so glad I did. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was enough for a basic meal. The breakfast is definitely the highlight. Well stocked with a great variety. Staff was super quick to restock and keep the breakfast area clean. The only downside is the limited parking in the basement garage. "

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and comfortable. "This is a nice and clean hotel with a great location in the city. A large variety of food and shopping options nearby. If you are going on excursions, you will be picked up at nearby bus stops, not the hotel because the street is very narrow. The staff are multi-lingual and were very helpful. We had a lovely view of the city and harbor, but new construction is blocking the view of the bay. Food is very, very expensive in Iceland, so prepare your travel budget wisely. We enjoyed our stay, the city and the country. It is a unique place in the world and beautiful. "

"This hotel is in a perfect location and walkable to the main street and most of the City. The front desk staff is friendly. The rooms are cozy and clean. We've stayed here twice: once with our kids and once as a couple. We love that they have rooms with living areas, small kitchens, and second bedrooms. The second bedroom and bathroom was extremely small, but standard for Iceland i guess. "
