"In the main this is a great hotel with many positives. Location is fab , with a bus stop near and a few restaurants / bars in either direction. However there desperately needs to be a crossing on the main road up from the harbour , this is dangerous !!!! Also a supermarket / grocery store closer would be helpful. The hotel itself is full of old charm , the room was spacious and incredibly clean... yes dated as we were in a non refurbished one . However it added to the quaintness. Housekeeping...

"Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in...

"Personal war bis auf eine Person sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool sowohl Indoor als auch Outdoor war sehr an genehm. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten aber ok. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Untergeschoss, gelegentlich roch es dort etwas muffig. Leider hatten leider mehrfach Besuch von Kakerlaken, die nach Info an der Rezeption umgehend entfernt wurden"
