"After dealing with the crowd in Kyoto, we were able to relax in Okayama. The location of this hotel was great, accessible to public transportation and Aeon is just 3 minutes away by walk. Staff were professional and helpful. The facility is not new but well maintained."

"Bathroom flooded every day. Couldn’t tell if it was the bath or aircon outlet (which the lovely reception guy said), but every time we took a bath there’d be a few centimetres of water on the bathroom floor. Cleared pretty quickly. Still a bit annoying. Hotel is in a great location, close to train station / tram stops / shopping mall. Breakfast buffet standard but reliable. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again."
