El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, los facilities están limpios y el servicio es rápido. El desayuno está bien en términos generales. Sin embargo, las instalaciones se perciben viejas, las puertas son dificiles de abrir, el agua caliente toma bastante en salir, entre otras cosas. Además, en el momento de nuestro check in, tuvimos que pedir ayuda para que nos entregaran elementos básicos de aseo los cuales no estaban en la habitación y dotar el minibar. Esto debió estar listo desde antes.

El hotel esta en un lugar muy centrico y vista panoramica de la ciudad y las montañas al rededor. Necesita un poco de modernizacion y atencion. El cuarto limpio y agradable ...solo la regadera y la tina no fue de nuestro agrado. Algo importante la seguridad ...no vimos.

Para no regresar.

Hotel muy regular. El servicio no es muy bueno. Pedimos cama doble y nos asignaron dos sencillas. Los tendidos y almohadas olían a sudor. Pedimos nos cambiaran las Toallas, se las llevaron y no las volvieron a traer. Nos cobraron todos los impuestos, a pesar q la reserva en Hotels se hizo con impuestos incluidos. La ubicación no es la mejor. No lo recomiendo.

pésimo trato a los huéspedes

Nos trataron como huespedes de segunda pagando tarifa plena. Tenian el servicio de comedor reservado solo a los musicos del festival de musica colombiana.Que cosa tan absurda sin derecho de comedor nos mandaron a comer a la cafetria abierta al publico de la calle. No regresare a ese hotel. Es lo peor que me pude pasar en muchisimos años de viajara otra ciudad.

El hotel del horror

Sinceramente quería conocer el hotel, pero realmente la experiencia no fue nada agradable, a pesar que hay pisicina, turco y sauna, las instalaciones se encuentran bastante deterioradas. A las 7 de la noche las dos habitaciones por las cuales pague se quedaron sin electricidad por un corto en los tableros de esas habitaciones. la administración fue supuestamente, arreglaron el tema, pero a las 11:30 de la noche sucedió lo mismo, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación, pero en una de ellas ni siquiera había el refrigerador de todas las habitaciones, en la otra tuvieron que aguantar el ruido de una celebración llevada a cabo en el hotel, una de las habitaciones tenía la tina rota, por ende el olor a húmedo era terrible, lo peor es que como ni siquiera hicieron entrega formal de la habitación al otro día nos iban a cobrar unos supuestos consumos de minibar, la verdad hace falta mucho para ser un hotel que cobra esas tarifas y por último ni una sola disculpa presentada por las situaciones vividas.

En general estuvo bien la estadía, sugiero se revise la funcionalidad de la ducha, resulta incómodo tener que meterse a una bañera cuando esta no funciona, para una persona mayor seria dificultoso y riesgoso.

Be careful they will try to charge you extra taxe

The front desk tried to charge me for tax that I already had paid. It was a very disappointing experience since I had to show them the print out and have an argue with them. very bad from this nice hotel.
